The cut-off value of the serum anti-H. pylori IgG titer for correlating with severe density of H. pylori infiltration was 2.9 AU/ml (AUC = 0.659, 95%CI: 0.548-0.770, SE = 0.057, P = 0.007). There was no significant finding with regard to the serum PG II concentration (AUC = 0.593, 95%CI: 0.481-0.705, SE = 0.057, P = 0.111).
