CECT axial (A) and coronal MPR (B) images show the hypoattenuating and bulky head of pancreas suggestive of major contusion with fluid in pancreaticoduodenal groove (arrow). Intra-operatively a hematoma was found in head and neck of pancreas (grade II injury). No active surgical intervention was done for pancreatic injury.
