The optimal cutoff value for FLV20Gy was 20% for predicting radiation-induced liver disease or a deterioration in the Child-Pugh score of ≥ 1 point. At this cutoff value, sensitivity and specificity were 0.867 and 0.857, respectively. The area under the receiver-operating characteristic curve was 0.923 (P < 0.001).
