Small, well-defined, intra-luminal, duodenal mass lesion; which demonstrates intermediately high signal on SSFSE (arrow, A), high signal intensity on the in-phase T1 weighted image (B), no drop of signal on the opposed-phase images (C), and homogenously low signal intensity on the fat-suppressed image (D) in keeping with duodenal lipoma. GRE: Gradient recalled echo.
