The rectum and distal sigmoid colon demonstrates increased wall thickness with intermediate signal intensity on T2-weighted images (arrows, A, B and C). This patient underwent hysterectomy and radiation therapy. These findings are compatible with radiation proctocolitis. TSE: Turbo spin echo.
