The small arrow indicates dilatation of the upstream main pancreatic duct. B: Axial T1-weighted gradient-echo MR image with fat saturation shows high intensity fluid in the macrocysts (arrows), representing hemorrhage. Hemorrhage may be seen in macrocysts, although it is uncommon.
