A: Both male and female Cfib and CM express IL-19, with no differences between sexes or cell types; B: Both Cfib and CM express IL-20Rα, with higher expression in CM than Cfib, as evident by the lower delta Ct. Male CM tended to express higher IL-20Rα than female CM (P = 0.06); C: Both Cfib and CM express IL-20Rβ, with no differences between cell types or sex; D: The ratio of IL-20Rα/β was significantly higher in CM than Cfib. IL-19 and IL-20R expression were assessed by qRT-PCR and normalized to the housekeeping gene 18S. Data are expressed as mean ± SEM and assessed by 2-way ANOVA; n = 7-8 mice per group.
