Artefactual angulated lesion on angiography: A case report and review of literature

The coronary angiogram, shown here in the AP caudal view, appears to demonstrate a significant lesion in the proximal left anterior descending coronary artery (arrow). There was no significant impediment to flow on pressure wire study, with no significant lesion seen on intravascular ultrasound.
