A: Shows the minimal Pd/Pa during the spasm provocation test (SPT); B: Shows the delta Pd/Pa during the SPT in the diffuse, focal spasm, and spasm-negative vessels. In both panels, each value was lower in vessels with diffuse and focal spasms than in spasm-negative vessels (P < 0.01). Furthermore, each value was lower in vessels with focal spasms than in those with diffuse spasms (P < 0.01). Pa: Aortic pressure; Pd: Distal pressure.
