A schematic representation of the effects on cell survival exerted by PDRG1 regulation through miR-519d expression is shown. Binding sites for HIF1a (HRE) in the promoter of the miR-519d gene (black box) and for this miRNA on the PDRG1 mRNA (white box) are indicated.
