A: Hypoxia inducible factor (HIF)-1α expression was determined by western blotting; B: An anti-TATA-binding protein (TBP) antibody was used to confirm equal protein loading; C: Autoradiographs were scanned by a densitometer, and HIF-1α expression in each sample was quantified by normalizing to TBP protein expression.
