NT-1 (score 0-4): Normal or risk of malnutrition; NT-2 (score 5-7): Mild malnutrition; NT-3 (score 8-10): Moderate malnutrition; NT-4 (score >10): Severe malnutrition.

BMI: Body mass index; GCS: Glasgow coma scale; SOFA: Sequential organ failure assessment; GFR: Glomerular filtration rate.
