Mild | WBC < 15 × 109/L and serum creatinine < 1.5 times premorbid level |
Severe | WBC ≥ 15 × 109/L, or serum creatinine ≥ 1.5 times premorbid level |
Fulminant (severe, complicated) | Hypotension, shock, ileus, or megacolon |
