The expression of Wnt3a, β-catenin, Janus kinase (JAK) 2, and signal transducer and activator of transcription (Stat) 3 in the diabetic (agomiR-29a-3p) mice were significantly lower than that in the diabetic mice without agomiR-29a-3p treatment (n = 3). CON: Control group; NC: Negative control.
