Model 1 was unadjusted; Model 2 was adjusted for age, sex, race, education, marital status and poverty income ratio; Model 3 was further adjusted for drinker, smoker, body mass index, energy intake, hypertension and hypercholesterolemia. Subjects with a composite dietary antioxidant index in the lowest quintile group served as the reference group.
