Figure 11  Acacetin promotes apoptosis in HT-29 cells. A and B: Flow cytometry using Annexin V-FITC staining detected apoptosis in HT-29 cells treated with 38 μM and 55 μM acacetin for 48 hours; C-E: Western blotting analysis evaluating apoptosis in HT-29 cells. The results showed that Acacetin (38 μM, 55 μM) could significantly increase the expression of cleaved caspase-3 protein and inhibited Survivin protein compared with the control group.
