SNU-398 and SNU-449 cells were transfected with shRNA-NC or shRNA- exportin-5. A and E: Cell invasion of SNU-398 were detected by transwell assays; B and G: Cell invasion of SNU-449 were detected by transwell assays; C and F: Wound-healing assays of SNU-398 were performed to assess cell migration; D and H: Wound-healing assays of SNU-449 were performed to assess cell migration.
