Figure 7 Knockdown of Sm-like 5 promoted the expression of p53, cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitor 1A and tumor necrosis factor receptor superfamily 10B. A: Real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction showed that the expression of several downstream molecules changed following Sm-like 5 (LSM5) knockdown; B and C: Western blotting showed that the expression of P53, cyclin-dependent kinase inhibitor 1A and MDM2 was upregulated after LSM5 knockdown. LSM5: Sm-like 5.
