A: After scramble or microRNA-298 (miR-298) mimic transfection, HT-29 cells were detected by Western blotting for ATM, H2AX, and p53 binding protein 1 (53BP1) protein levels; B: HT-29 cells were subjected to radiation exposure after scamble or miR-298 mimic transfection.
