Figure 2 The effects of GATA6-AS1 overexpression on the biological function of gastric cancer cells.
A: The overexpression vector was constructed by lentivirus transfection, and the transfection efficiency was verified by reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction; B: Cell counting kit-8 assays showed that the overexpression of GATA6-AS1 reduced the proliferation ability of HGC-27 and AGS gastric cancer cell lines when compared with the blank and negative controls; C: Trans-well assays showed that when compared with the negative control and blank control groups, the migration and invasion ability of AGS and HGC-27 cells in the GATA6-AS1 overexpression group were decreased. aP < 0.05. bP < 0.01. Control: Blank control group; NC: Negative control group; OE-GATA6-AS1: GATA6-AS1 overexpression group.
