A-F: HepG2 and SMMC-7721 cells were transfected with pEGFP-PHB1 (A-C) or shRNA-PHB1 (D-F) for 48 h. The cell cycle distribution was determined by flow cytometry, and the histograms present the mean percentage of the cell population in each phase of the cell cycle.
