Abdominal plain CT and contrast-enhanced CT showed hepatomegaly and splenomegaly and diffuse low-density shadows distributed in the liver and spleen. Contrast-enhanced CT revealed diffuse, hypodense, nodular or flake shadows in the liver and heterogeneous enhancement in the spleen.
