A: In the group with a tumor diameter of less than 2 cm, Kaplan-Meier analysis of the overall survival (OS) in receiving anatomic resection (AR) and non-anatomic resection (NAR) patients with microvascular invasion (MVI) positive; B: In the group with a tumor diameter of less than 2 cm, Kaplan-Meier analysis of the OS in patients receiving AR and NAR patients who were MVI negative; C: Kaplan-Meier analysis of the OS in MVI positive and MVI negative patients with tumor diameters larger than 5 cm; D: In the group with a tumor diameter of larger than 5 cm, Kaplan-Meier analysis of the OS in MVI positive patients receiving AR and NAR.
