Figure 13 Imaging of common hepatic duct from second part of duodenum. A: A distended CBD is seen after good water coupling from 2^nd part of duodenum but this image does not provide a clue to the diagnosis; B: An Ampulloma is seen within the distended intraduodenal part of bile duct; C: The tumor is seen within the intraduodenal part of CBD but it appears separate from the muscularis propria layer. CBD: Common bile duct.
