A: A mucosal defect after gastric endoscopic submucosal dissection at the greater curvature of the middle third stomach; the first and second endo-clips were placed at the edge of the mucosal defect; B: Each arm of the endo-clip hooked mucosa and submucosa, respectively; additional endo-clips were placed; C: This stage shows partial closure of more than 80%; D: Additional endo-clips were placed to achieve complete closure.
