Melatonin attenuates cisplatin-induced HepG2 cell death via the regulation of mTOR and ERCC1 expressions

Melatonin slightly increased Beclin-1 and LC3-II, whereas cisplatin significantly decreased Beclin-1 and slightly increased LC3-II. Melatonin inhibited the cisplatin effect on Beclin-1 but increased LC3-II in the combined treatment.
