Minimizing liver uptake of cationic 99mTc radiotracers with ether and crown ether functional groups

A mild myocardial washout was observed in the dogs administered with ^99mTcN-MPO. No significant myocardial washout was seen in dogs administered with ^99mTc-Sestamibi.
