Commitment of human mesenchymal stromal cells to skeletal lineages is independent of their morphogenetic capacity

Gene expression fold-change was evaluated comparing the pellet of mesenchymal stromal cells (MSCs) after forming the recombinant limb (RL) with MSCs-RLs from both sources. Data from the pellet were set to 1.0. Statistical significance comparing placenta-RL vs umbilical cord blood-RL is shown in Figure 3A. All data are presented as mean ± SD. Statistical significance was set at P < 0.05.
