A: Isolated primary cells presented with a long spindle shape and grew in flower formation; B: Nucleus pulposus-derived mesenchymal stem cells (NPMSCs) exhibited high fluorescent expression of CD73, CD90, and CD105, but low fluorescent expression of CD34 and CD45; C: NPMSCs was positive for Alizarin red, Oil Red O, and Alcian blue staining after induced differentiation.
