Figure 1 Immunocytochemistry analysis of the effects of tachyplesin on the protein levels of mutant p53, p16, cyclin D1, CDK4 in SMMC-7721 cells ( × 536).
The protein levels of mutant p53 (A), cyclin D1 (E), CDK4 (G) were high in SMMC-7721 cells while the levels of mutant p53 (B), cyclin D1 (F), CDK4 (H) were decreased by tachyplesin. The level of p16 protein was low in SMMC-7721 cells (C) while high in the tachyplesin-treated cells (D).
