In this plot, red dots represent upregulated differentially expressed genes, whereas green dots represent downregulated differentially expressed genes; B: Based on the expression profile of resistance-related differentially expressed genes, the Library of Integrated Network-based Cellular Signatures database was queried to identify small molecules with connectivity scores that are positively correlated with the resistance profile.
