Figure 1 The long noncoding RNA KIF9-AS1 was upregulated in hepatocellular carcinoma patients. Cancer tissues and adjacent non-cancerous tissues were collected from hepatocellular carcinoma patients. A: The expression of KIF9-AS1 in hepatocellular carcinoma tissues and para-cancerous tissues was calculated via quantitative reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction; B: The overall survival rate was analyzed via Kaplan-Meier analysis, n = 20. The data are shown as the means ± SDs. ^aP < 0.05, ^bP < 0.01. HCC: Hepatocellular carcinoma.
