Coronaviridae is the largest family within the order of Nidovirales. Family Coronaviridae includes subfamily Torovirinae and subfamily Orthocoronavirinae. Subfamily Orthocoronavirinae comprises four genera: Alphacoronavirus, betacoronavirus, gammacoronavirus and deltacoronavirus.
