A: The ROS-sensitive fluorescent probe DCFH-DA was used to monitor mitochondrial membrane potential in HepG2 cells pretreated with 0.4 mmol/L PA and rapamycin (2 μmol/L) or JZG (100 μg/mL) for 24 h and 48 h, and the cells were then analyzed by fluorescence microscopy; B: JC-1 was used to monitor mitochondrial membrane potential in HepG2 cells pretreated with 0.4 mmol/L PA and rapamycin (2 μmol/L) or JZG (100 μg/mL) for 24 h and 48 h, and the cells were then analyzed by fluorescence microscopy.
