A: Western blotting showed that expression of proteins related to the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway was altered in BGC-823 cells transfected with siRNA and SGC-7901 cells with Uba2 over-expression; B: Luciferase reporter assays of BGC-823 cells transfected with siRNA and SGC-7901 cells with Uba2 over-expression after transfection with TOP Flash or FOP Flash and Renilla pRL-TK plasmids. Reporter activity was normalized to Renilla luciferase activity. aP < 0.01 vs Control; bP < 0.01 vs EV. EV: Empty vector; Uba2: Ubiquitin-like modifier activating enzyme 2.
