Current cigarette smoker: smoked at least 100 cigarettes in their lifetime and currently smoked cigarettes every day (daily) or on some days (nondaily). Monthly alcohol use: Consumption of > 1 drink per month in the past year. Non-drinker: lifetime abstainer and < 1 drink per month in the past year. High-risk alcohol use: Consumption of ≥ 7 (males) or ≥ 5 (females) alcoholic drinks more than twice a week. Adequate sleep: ≥ 7 h per night of self-reported sleep. MVPA: Sufficiently active was defined as ≥ 150 min/wk of moderate-to-vigorous physical activity. HBsAg: Hepatitis B surface antigen.
