Figure 1 On admission, computed tomography revealed a bulky ulcerative mass with direct invasion of pancreas and left diaphragm (A and B).
After 3 cycle of neoadjuvant chemotherapy (capecitabine and oxaliplatin), the mass had markedly decrease (C and D).
