A: Biopsy specimens showed infiltration of morphologically heterogeneous small B cells, including centrocyte like cells with irregular nuclei and less cytoplasm. Centroblast-like cells were scattered; B: Lymphoepithelial lesions with sheets of small to medium-sized, irregular, neoplastic lymphoid cells effacing the glandular architecture (A and B: hematoxylin and eosin, × 400).
