Anti-inflammatory and anti-apoptotic effects of rosuvastatin by regulation of oxidative stress in a dextran sulfate sodium-induced colitis model

Figure 3 Rosuvastatin reduced the levels of dextran sodium sulphate-induced serum inflammatory cytokines. Analysis of multiplex ELISA showed that the levels of serum IL-2, IL-4, IL-5, IL-6, IL-12 and IL-17, and G-CSF were markedly decreased in the rosuvastatin-treated group.
