A: The cut-off value of interleukin (IL)-6 was obtained from a receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve based on the Youden index (AUC, 0.748, P = 0.003, 95%CI: 1.011-1.028); B: Patients with baseline serum IL-6 level higher than 9.7 pg/mL showed worse infield FFS than those with baseline serum IL-6 level lower than 9.7 pg/mL (47.5% vs 100%, P = 0.005); C and D: In subgroup analysis, the significant difference of infield FFS was observed only in treatment-non-naïve patients (P = 0.022).
