With the administration of interleukin (IL)-22, STAT3 and Cyclin D1 were activated much earlier, and the most significant increases in the four groups were observed at 32 h, 48 h, and 2 wk; whereas the least significant increases were observed in the concanavalin A (ConA) + PHX group at all of the time points.
