Nucleotide sequences spanning nucleotides 5385–5657 (length = 273 nt) of NoV isolated in Lebanon were aligned with reference strains obtained from GenBank. The trees were then constructed based on the nucleotide sequences using the neighbor-joining method with bootstrap analysis of 1000 replicates using MEGA version 6.0. Bootstrap values > 70% are shown. Reference strains are in bold.
