The effect of different TNFα -308 genotypes (GG, GA, AA) on biochemical parameters (ALT, AST, ALP, albumin, total bilirubin), platelets count and pathological parameters (activity, steatosis, fibrosis) was statistically analyzed. The biochemical data were represented as mean ± SD, while pathological data were represented as n (%). P≤ 0.05 is considered significant, while P≤ 0.01 is highly significant.
