Figure 1 Resistance force to migration measurement machine.
The machine consists of a retraction robot (arrows), a silicone wall (arrowheads), and a force gauge (Model DPRS5T, Imada, Tokyo, Japan). The covered self-expandable metal stent is fixed into a round hole in the silicone wall (arrowheads) and its distal end is connected to the force gauge device. The stent is retracted from the wall at a speed of 1 mm/s. by using the retraction robot (arrows).
