Figure 5 Effect of short interfering RNA on CT-26 cell migration. In the glucose-free control group (A), CT-26 cell migration was almost nonexistent. In the 30 mmol/L glucose group (B) and in the scramble group (C), CT-26 cells moved to the wound gap area and substantially shortened the distance.
