Standard hybrid therapy consists of a proton pump inhibitor and amoxicillin for 10-14 d, with addition of clarithromycin and metronidazole for the final 7 d; reverse hybrid therapy consists of a proton pump inhibitor and amoxicillin for 10-14 d, with addition of clarithromycin and metronidazole for the initial 7 d.
