Figure 1 Regimens of hybrid therapy, reverse hybrid therapy and other first-line anti-Helicobacter pylori therapies (standard triple therapy, sequential therapy, and concomitant therapy). Standard hybrid therapy consists of a proton pump inhibitor and amoxicillin for 10-14 d, with addition of clarithromycin and metronidazole for the final 7 d; reverse hybrid therapy consists of a proton pump inhibitor and amoxicillin for 10-14 d, with addition of clarithromycin and metronidazole for the initial 7 d.
