The most convincing associations of chronic hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection are with subsets of B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma (B-NHL), membranous or membrano-proliferative glomerulonephritis, IgM monoclonal gammopathy of undetermined significance (MGUS), peripheral neuropathy, and central nervous system (CNS) disorders.
