A: Conventional white light endoscopy showed elevated (type 0-IIa) or flat (type 0-IIb) lesions with dilatation of microvessels on the upper gastric body; B: Narrow-band imaging with magnifying endoscopy showed an irregular microvascular pattern (MVP) and an absent microsurface pattern (MSP) on the small region of the tumor in cases 1 and 2, while regular MVP and MSP were demonstrated in the remainder.
