Figure 3 Activation of p38/c-Jun N-terminal kinase by lipopolysaccharide in HT-29 cells. Cells were treated with 20 μg/mL lipopolysaccharide for 60 min, and protein lysates were prepared and analysed by Western blot. Equal amounts of protein were loaded and probed sequentially with antibodies for phospho-p38 (p-p38), p38 kinase, phospho-c-Jun N-terminal kinase (p-JNK), and JNK. Data represent one of three independent experiments, and quantitative data are presented as mean ± SD from three independent experiments, aP < 0.05, bP < 0.01 vs control.
