1-5 represent the sample of 2 mL 1% agar solution containing the iron concentrations of 0.25, 0.125, 0.0625, 0.031 and 0.016 mg/mL in the anti-AFP-USPIO, anti-GPC3-USPIO or USPIO solution, respectively. The signal has gone in 1 test tube in given TEs because the concentration of USPIO-AFP, or USPIO-GPC3, or USPIO is higher.
